WEDNESDAY CRUISE

10k in 46.44. Ran from Newtown via Stanmore, Petersham following rail line then across Parramatta road, up Norton st Leichhardt, down thru Annandale to Bicentennial Park at Glebe and return via Camperdown and home. Reasonably hilly run at a very easy pace. (Got caught at lights both times on Parramatta road). 4.40 average pace. Just kilometres in the bank.
