long, cold, windy and wet

Rode 6k to Le Montage to meet up with A.A and Tony V.
Cold, wet and blustery conditions at 8.00am this morning but one of those runs where you wouldn't miss it for quids. A morning for gloves, beanies and long sleeves. quickly decided that it was too windy and miserable around the bay, so we ran into the city via Victoria rd and Anzac bridge. The guy with the worst job in the world would have to be the schmuck that does security on Anzac bridge - the rain was icy and stung.
Ran via darling harbour thru the rocks to the Opera House and return via the same route. Had to make up a bit of distance to get 2hrs in so went out via shores and return.
total 24k in 2.01. Good easy pace considering the conditions - felt very comfortable the whole run and could have easily done another few k's.

Total for week = 85k

Solid performance this week, very happy.

On holidays next week so hopefully a few more k's can be done.
