mona fartlek - 20 mins
Ran 3.5k warm-up from home to Petersham oval (including a lap or two on the oval).
Same session as last Tuesday - covered exactly the same distance as before 5.25k !
Still learning from this session - I think the last 4 x 15 sec on/off should just be run flat out, back off only slightly, flat out etc as I lost all rhythm and in reality wasn't that stuffed. Could have covered more ground by just running hard straight thru ?? Perhaps an out and back course would be better as then I would be aiming for something. Enjoyed it though.
4.5k cool-down jog.
Total = 13.25k.
