Ran intervals around perimeter of oval on bitumen path in my new brooks ST2 racers.

Covered 2.67 k in 8 mins = 3.0 min/k - flying !
Endurance is catching up with natural speed.

Felt great tonight with a best rep of 345m and worst 325m.

3.5k cool down jog home.

Total 10.2k.
