Situation normal

Ran at 8.00 pm tonight - cold and windy but very little traffic - just an easy trot around the inner west. 8k in 35.34 (4.27 ave pace).

Last week of soccer training tonight so back to a mid-week long run next wednesday. The girls last game on Sunday which we will miss as Fiona and I are running in C2S.
