Sunday Long run.

Got up early for me and headed out the door at 7.00 am. had to be back home by 9.00am to make family commitments.
Headed from home and ran down to the Bay Run. Met Ross S. and turned round and ran with him for about 6k until he headed off home. Saw Johnny_dark looking very relaxed (good luck next week in the marathon). Continued on around the Bay and back past Le Montage, did 2 laps around the dog park and then came back to find Daz and Munch heading off for their long run, joined them for a few k's until I had to head for home.

Ran 25.2k in 1.55 (4.34 pace). Felt pretty good today again.

Total 90k for the week.
