Met up with Silverfox for a very cruisy run around the inner west 'burbs tonight.

Covered 16.5k @ 5.00 pace and about 30 running related topics !! Mainly our longer term plans for Canberra '06.

Said hello to the Freespirit runclubbers finishing their session as we went round the Bay.

Ran from Newtown via Leichhardt, Rozelle, around the Bay, up Lilyfield rd and back up Norton st to home, another beautiful Sydney night, Lights twinkling, smell of Jasmine in the air, water lapping around the Bay, good company - fantastic !

Am away on hols for the next few days to Shoal Bay at Port Stephens - our regular family getaway - can't wait.
