Long run - 26.00k in 2.01 hrs - ave pace 4.40

Ran with the usual suspects again today but joined by Macca who is back from his sojourn in the U.K. looking as fit as ever.
Cycled over to Le Montage (5k) and ran 5k before the others arrived. Did 2 laps of Bay/canal loop/Hospital loop for a total of 26k (including 1k of drills/ run thrus on grass at the end). 5k cycle home.

Didn't get to run yesterday , what with Little A's in the morning and then Fiona going out I just ran out of time.

Total 89k for the week.
