Long tempo run

Ran at 6.30 pm from home down to Marion st (start of dog park loop) 4k in 17.29.
No rest, just continued straight into the run and into a stiff headwind all the way round to CR2 marker (actually just past, turned where the footpath separates into 2) and returned, covering 7k in 28.20.

Tonights run felt really good - never pushed it, just tried to run with good form and a steady pace.
