5 x 3 mins, 1 min float
More strength work tonight.
Ran from home down to CR5 as a warm-up covering 4.5k in 20 mins. Few stretches to warm-up. Quite windy but much cooler tonight.
Did 5 x 3 mins with a 1 min jog float totalling 20 minutes all-up. Turned around at 10 mins and just got back to the start again with 5 secs to spare on the last float. Covered about 5.2k with the efforts being very strong and the floats easy. A very pleasing effort tonight considering that I'm covering the same distance in the efforts as I did 2 months ago but that was with a 1 min standing recovery not a float.
A very easy jog home in 22 mins.
Total 14k.
