fartlek - 14k - 61 mins

Nice overcast, cooler morning, a bit of light rain.
Ran from home down to Marion st as a warm-up in 18.40 (4k) and jogged around for 20 secs till clocked ticked over to 19 mins.
Straight into session, 2 x 3 mins on ,1 min off, which got me to UTS rowers in 26 mins then turned around and back over Lilyfield rd bridge doing 3 x 2 min on, 1 min off which got me to Iron cove bridge in 36 minutes. Then a 7 min easy jog back down Victoria rd to Whites Bay hotel and 5 x 1 min on/off round thru Glebe Park and back up Booth st, Annandale which left me an 8 min jog home to finish in just under 61 mins.
