2 x 2k, 1 x 1k with 2 minute walk recovery

Hamstring felt o.k. (Could feel it but not V. sore).
Did a 4k warm-up from home thru Sydney Uni in 19.20.
About 5 mins of drills and strides.
2k in 6.56.
2k in 6.59.
1k in 3.29. Hamstring started to get tight so stopped the last rep at 1k.
Lots of stretches and a 4k warm down jog meant I got in trouble for getting home late :(
Very happy with splits though.
Just an easy run tomorrow - 40 minutes or so.

Total 14k.
