A busy weekend

Rest day Friday, was planning to get out in the evening but Fiona was working and Ally had a film night at school - so we went to that instead.
Up early on Saturday and headed out for a lap around the Bay from home covering 18k in 78 mins (4.20 pace) - saw lots of coolrunners going in the opposite direction doing the CR 5k challenge. Home, shower and out to the girls netball. Then the usual shopping etc etc and a movie on Saturday night.
Up early again on Sunday for the same 18k run but a bit quicker 77 mins (4.16 pace) and then out again to soccer and then we visited my dad in hospital who is having a total hip replacement of the right leg (and the left to follow in about 3-4 months) and finally back home about 6.30 pm.

Thought I was getting a cold last night but feel alright today.
