Have been too busy to update the blog lately but here goes.
Monday - very easy 11k loop around home - 52 mins. (4.44 pace)
Tuesday - Hill reps at Callan Park with Nick - 17k all up.
Wednesday - 19k run from work to home via Bay in 88 mins. (4.38 pace)
Thursday - 5 x 3 mins with 1 min float around the Bay - went past 5k marker right on 19 mins.
16k total.
Friday - Easy 7k loop on grass oval.
Saturday - no run - too busy
Sunday - 23k round the Bay in 1h41 (4.23 pace)
Total 93k.
