Recovery Wednesday
Caught train from work to Wynyard. Ran with backpack to Bella's soccer training @ Rozelle via Darling Harbour & Anzac Bridge & jog around a bit to make up 4k. No lights on - only 4 girls, no other teams - no call from manager either !! Quick call and training definitely off.
Decide to run 6k when we get home.
Very leisurely run in 28.56 (12.5 k/h).
Total 10k for day - nice and easy.
Right heel still a bit tender when I ran second time - yesterday it was fine.
Hope it holds out for Sunday ?!
