Ran from St.Leonards to home via River road, Greenwich, Figtree and Gladesville bridges, Victoria road, Lilyfield road, into Annandale, glebe and home.
17.3k in 83 minutes (4.49 pace). Solid hilly run with backpack on.
Got a honk from Silverfox - does that mean still no bub ?

no bub yet mate. I was doing a bit of blog surfing and missed your update last night, sorry fella. You are racking up the kms and getting a lot of good speedwork in too.
Once the dust settles at home I hope to try and get out for some local runs with you if you dont mind. In particular some of your speedwork sessions in the evening sound really great, would love to join you. Keep it up catch up soon.
