easy 10k and stretch
Cycled down to the bay & return (12k) to meet up with A.A & D.B. they were doing a session but I just did a cruisy run of 10k in 50 minutes - just turning the legs over, joining them for their cool-down and warm-ups.
C2S tomorrow !! Hoping for 53-54 minutes - feel fine - time to pull a good result out - no excuses.
