1/2 marathon reccy
Met up with Silverfox tonight for an easy run. We headed off thru Newtown, Camperdown, Glebe past Fish Markets, thru Darling Harbour and along Sussex st, joining Sundays course.
Headed around Towns place and over Kent street up onto the bridge deck. I don't think these 2 hills are any worse than Argyle st in the SMH half and once you've climbed to the top it is basically downhill for the last 1500m. Headed back thru Darling Harbour, Wentworth Park and back to Newtown for a very cruisy 14k at 5.10 pace. Lovely night for a run thru the city.
Bella had her district athletics carnival today at Hensley Field, Botany.
She represented her school in the 100, 200 and 800. Winning the 800 and second in the 200 !
Regionals at Homebush in 2 weeks.
