Ran from home to Sydney Uni - St. Pauls oval warm-up 3.2k.

10 x 1 min hard with 1 min jog recovery. Felt fast tonight - good session.

finished with drills and 6 x 100m run thrus.

3.2k jog home.

Total 13k.
