15k out and back - 66.47 - aerobic run
I ran this same run 2 weeks ago and here's what I said :-
"Headed out from home to Rodd Island (CR2 marker) and return. Once again running this steady aerobic run in thirds, steadily building the pace.
5k - 23.33
10k - 45.33 (22.00)
15k - 66.45 (21.12)
Another solid effort without pushing it. 1-4k hilly, 4-11k flat around the Bay, 11-15k hilly."
Well tonight was almost a repeat - covering the same course in 66.47 !
5k - 23.26
10k - 45.42 (22.12)
15k - 66.47 (21.05)
Overcast, coolish, breezy night - excellent for running. Felt strong and finshed well without having to push it.
