Warm afternoon 25 deg, breezy. Ran at 5.00 pm.

Left from home and ran to just pass Le Montage - 6k in 24.49.

Rested 3 minutes, bit of a stretch and had some water.

Ran back in 23.56.

Run is hilly from home to Marion st (4k) but dead flat from Marion st to Le Montage (2k) where I can make up some time.
