Headed out from home to Rodd Island (CR2 marker) and return. Once again running this steady aerobic run in thirds, steadily building the pace.

15k - 66.45 (21.12)
Another solid effort without pushing it. 1-4k hilly, 4-11k flat around the Bay, 11-15k hilly.
