Summer has arrived !

Spent the day at Redleaf pool, lazing about, swimming and lunching. What a superb day 34 degrees and water temp 19 deg.
Headed out the door tonight at 6.00pm with the mercury still above 30 degrees, pleasant if not warm run, ran shirtless but bizarrely hardly sweated as the humidity was very low (19 %).
