Monday recovery jog - 12k - slow.
Ran over to run club - 5k @ 5 min pace. Good sized group tonight who were doing 1.5k repeats.
Jogged around while the group did there stuff - I was the turn-a-round marker so I just had to be back every time they came by, which meant I ran in a very small loop around Lilyfield rd bridge. Covered 12.2k tonight -very easy jog.
