session - 4k of sprint straights, jog bends.
Ran from home to King George oval at Rozelle warm -up 5k. Got to oval while it was still light.
Did 10 laps of sprint straights and jog bends. Track was a bit bumpy in lane 1 but was nice to run on grass - legs don't feel their usual stiffness this morning.
Tim was away tonight so Sue and I took the group for their 3k time trial. Sue did a terrific job as instructor tonight - she's a natural. Group did their usual 1k warm-up, drills, run thrus, stretches etc and then into the 3k time trial. I ran the 3k with some of the newer people to help pace them. Finished with some strength exercises and stretches - a good night.
Total 14k for me.
