medium long run - 19k in 79.46

Ran from St.Leonards along Pacific hwy to Longueville rd (epping rd) down to Centennial ave and then along back to Figtree and Gladesville bridges. Along Victoria rd to Iron Cove bridge, around the Bay and home to Newtown.
Was getting sick of running along River rd, so took an alternative route along Pacific Highway today - much better. The highway follows the natural ridge line and therefore is much flatter. I made it to the service station on River road/Bridge st/centennial ave in less time than I normally do going the shorter route of River rd.

Average pace - 4.12, what a difference an overcast cool day can make.
