Run Club Monday

Ran from home to K.G. oval finishing with 2 laps of oval to get in 8ks in 36.03 mins (4.30 pace).
A bit bigger group tonight with a few new faces - good to see.
Group did some tempo laps around a 500m course at Callan Park oval plus 4 x hills then finished off with 4 laps of the 500m course again. I did an extra 6ks (approx) putting out the witches hats, measuring the course with garmin, pacing the guys during the tempo run and collecting the witches hats again - it all adds up !
