Ran this morning at 5.30am. 3k warm-up to Sydney uni .
ran about 1k's worth of drills and strides.
Session - 7 x 2 min with 1min jog recovery.
3k cool-down jog.
Ran shirtless this morning - very humid - but good to run before the sun burnt the cloud cover away.
Total 12k.

Awesome advice on the blog mate thanks. I am just catching up now in over a week on the blogs but bloody nora you are getting in some kms. They are going pay off big time.
