Run Club Monday

Ran from home via Glebe and Balmain to drop off a dvd and then down to K.G. oval for run club.
Covered 7k in 31 minutes.
Smaller group tonight - Tim took faster runners for a lap of the Bay and I took the rest for a 6k trot out to Timbrell Park and back.
Finished with some drills and stretches.

Total 13k.
