4 x 4 mins off a 1 min float
Humid night but cooler than yesterday. Ran from home around my local streets and thru the grounds of Sydney Uni for a 4k warm-up in 17.50.
Session tonight was 4 x 4 mins with a 1 min float, starting with the 1 min first.
Covered 5.6k in 20 minutes (ave pace 3.35) and going thru 5k in 17.59.
Splits were 3.34, 3.35, 3.41, 3.31, 3.36 and 2.01 for the last 600m.
After last weeks race and this session I'm feeling quietly confident about Striders 10k race on Saturday.
Finished with 4.43k cool-down jog in 20.50.
Total 14.03 k in 58.40

I hope so J.D. but I would never take Lane Cove for granted especially in February.
G.G, I've only got the 201 garmin now but hopefully I'll get a 305 soon and I'll put more images on. I want to add all my favourite runs eventually.
