Run Club Monday

It was still warm and humid at 6pm when I left for runclub tonight. Ran from home thru Annandale, Glebe and up thru Balmain and past Shores to K.G. oval. The squad were doing 1 x 20 mins fartlek, 3 min recovery then 10 more mins of the same. Tim had marked out a course running up ramps, down stairs and along the waterfront and thru the grassed park in front of shores. I paced the guys for the 30 mins which was a lot of fun. I was first to take my shirt off and pretty soon just about every guy had there's off as well - it was still humid and hot at 7pm.
Covered 14k in 65 mins all up tonight.
