long run - 24k

Left a bit earlier today but still quite warm at 7.00am. Ran from home down to the Bay before meeting up with Steve. We got in about 70 mins before the others arrived and then got in another Bay, loop, canal to make 24k in just 1.57. Nice and easy pace.
