7am - easy 10k, 6 pm easy 8k.

Ran with Andy this morning from home down to the Canal and back - very easy jog and chat. Nice to run in the rain this morning as well.

This arvo ran from home to runclub plus 3 laps around the time trial course for a very easy 8k - good to see increased numbers again.
