Threshold run - 17.6k in 74.30
Ran from home same route as Tuesday, thru Balmain and over Iron Cove Bridge to CR 0 marker at Drummoyne rowers, covering 8k in 33.16.
Session tonight was to run for 20 mins at just above steady state pace (AT) or in otherwords best aerobic pace while also being slightly fatigued (hence the quick paced warm-up). Ran a very even paced 5k in 20.01 down to CR5 and then an easier jog home. Aim of this session is to build aerobic power.
Piling on the k's this week while the weather is kinder and everyone else at home is on hols.
