12 x 30 secs on/off - race prep
Ran the meandering 4k from home to St. Pauls oval at Sydney Uni in 17.55. Sydney Uni is much closer to home but I usually run in a big loop to get there or if later in the evening (like tonight) then I will run various loops thru the grounds and Victoria Park.
Tonights session was a simple race prep of 12 x 30 on/off. I ran on the grass oval and covered 3.11 k in 11.30. The efforts were at 3.30 min/k pace and the floats at 4.0 min/k pace so only slightly backing off.
4k jog home in 18.50.
Total just over 11k.
Rest day tomorrow before 10K race on Saturday.
