4k @ race pace
Warm up of 4k in 17.52 - felt pretty good. A few minutes stretching.
Tonights session was 4k @ 10k pace. Set the virtual partner function on the garmin to 3.42 pace (37 min 10k pace). Splits were as follows 3.38, 3.41, 3.41 and 3.41 - nice even splits. Now, to do 6 more of them on Saturday !
3k jog home in 13.25.
Total 11k.

No mention of the hamstring...so it must be good news! Good luck at Homebush this weekend - expecting an even better result than last time (which was pretty damn impressive!)... and maybe a race report for the newsletter?!
