Silverfox is back !

Had a rest day Friday but organised to run this morning with Nick - very early for me - 6.10am. It was pleasant out early as we ran thru Sydney uni and down thru glebe, past the fish markets and over Anzac bridge, up Victoria rd, round the bay and home via Petersham and Stanmore.
Covered 18k in 5.13 pace (93.45 ). Nick held up pretty well for only his 4th or 5th run since resuming running after his injury. We kept up a fairly even pace despite the hills for a very casual stroll. Looking forward to some more runs soon with the Silverfox.
