An easy week

Managed to get in a few easy runs this week.

Monday to Thursday ran every day for about 30-35 minutes each.

Had Friday and Saturday off and ran for 75 minutes on Sunday (including a 6k cycle each way).
Good to have the 2 day rest and pulled up pretty well after todays run.

RHS upper calf behind the knee joint is still a bit tender but not during the run today which was great.
Total for the week about 43k run and 12k cycled which is the smallest weekly amount of running I have done since May 2004 when I had a similar injury.

Probably another easy week or two to get over the general soreness and other niggles I have had for the past couple of months. Nice for a change not to be held to any program.
