Run Club Monday

Wet day and this evening didn't look too promising but the rain held off ad Runclub was on. Ran over to K.G. oval covering the 5k in 22.12. Tim asked would I take the slower group for a lap around the Bay - a very cruisy run for me - just what I needed in a taper week.
