St.leonards 2 home - 16.02 k in 68.09 (4.15 pace)

Nice afternoon for a run - headed out from work but had to run to gore hill oval before I got reception on the garmin which I started from there. Ran along Pacific hwy until Longueville road and then back thru Lane cove west and over Tarban creek,Gladesville and Iron Cove bridges thru the pyrenees (Callan Park hospital) and home via Glebe and Annandale. Couldn't get hillier if I tried. Ran a good solid pace but flagged a little after it got dark - hard to maintain pace jumping up and down kerbs and looking out for bikes and cars.
