Sunday long run - 21k - 99 mins - 4.43 pace

Got out for a late afternoon run feeling lethargic. Ran from home down to the bay and thru the streets of Balmain and Birchgrove and return, stopping for a few mins to chat with Frank and Tim and then returning back thru the victorious West Tigers supporters stuck like lemmings in their cars at the Le Montage parking lot.


Total 88k for the week.

A bit bigger effort this week maybe 100k or so and then SMH the week after - I'm predicting 83.xx although Abel thinks I'm selling myself short - we'll see.
