14k out & back - 57.14 (4.08 pace)

Another very wet night - No let up with the rain so just headed out. From home down to the Bay and around to make up 7k in 29.14, about 1 mins rest and a drink of water from the bubbler and then return following the same route in 28.00 flat. I was going to do a session when I got down to Marion st but the paths were flooded in a few spots so glad I didn't bother.
