Monday - 62.30 mins for 14.2k - 4.24 pace
It was a dreadful day in Sydney today - wet, cold, dark. The sort of day that could really make you depressed if you weren't a runner ! Too bad I love running in the rain - I ran down to the Bay and home and never even saw a dog walker, let alone another runner. By the time I got down to the Bay it had stopped raining and it was cool and calm - perfect running conditions. There wasn't even a car parked in the Le Montage carpark - Sydney runners really are a fickle bunch.
I've started using the Gmaps pedometer because it's as accurate as the garmin - I've run a few runs now with the garmin and compared them to the gmaps and they are almost exactly the same - within 50 metres or so - hard to believe !
Here's last nights run as well :- http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=220916
Even the elevation feature is pretty accurate. I live about 40 metres above sea level - you can see my big down hill run to the Bay and then the slog back up to home.
