6 x 500 m with 1 min S.R.

Extended warm-up of 20 mins from home around Sydney Park.

6 x 500m around footpaths of main oval.

Reps went 89, 91, 91, 91, 91 & 89 - felt pretty fast tonight.

Track is probably a little short (500 on garmin but when I walk it - about 480 m) but doesn't really matter - good hard effort.

20 min jog around park and home.

Total 12k.
