Hill reps

5k warm-up from home around the grounds of Sydney Uni. At 8pm it's the only place that's lit well enough to run around near home.

Did a continuous hilly loop up the steepest road in the Uni approx 260 - 270m long. Completed 10 full reps (up and down) in 21.07 covering about 5.3k. Good solid effort - only slightly backing off downhill enough to recover.
jog home again.

Total 15k.
