10 x 1 min on/off

Fiona was late home and with the rain pouring down I didn't get out until 8pm.
Did a 20 min w/u round Sydney Uni and then 10 x 1 min on/off round the front of the Quadrangle. Never stopped raining the whole time out tonight and my clothes and shoes were saturated, making it really hard going - still, it's done. covered 13 laps of the approx 400m loop in 19.20.
15 min jog home.
