mid-week medium long run - 24k in 1h46 - 4.25 pace

Rain managed to hold off until the last 10 mins or so of tonights run. On the way home, a large semi trailer with a shipping container was stuck under the rail bridge at Lewisham on Parramatta rd, blocking all west bound traffic for miles. I live 3k's from the scene and my street had traffic banked up because of it - Sydney's roads really are hopeless.
Felt pretty good tonight, another solid run.
