Did a 20 min warm-up from home, thru Stanmore and back around to Sydney Uni.
Measured a 400m loop the other day around the front entrance to the Quadrangle, slight downhill one end and slight uphill at the other but well lit and little traffic (except for the security van that does continuous loops of the uni, and the after hours bus for students). Just aimed to do 2 and bit laps each 3 minutes. Felt pretty good, going past the 800m mark in about 2.50 for each rep. Good quality session.
20 minute jog home via the same way back.
