Week 4 of 15 - Long run - 26k in just under 1.54 (4.22 pace)

Headed out a little later today and met up with the boys for a lap or 2 around the bay. Victor, Abel and Jose all had their Portuguese shirts on this morning and hadn't been to bed - staying up to watch Brasil lose to France after Portugal beat England. They still ran well with Jose and Abel dropping me towards the end when they upped the pace to sub 4 min.
Saw Cam out pushing the pram and had a small chat with Springer before heading for home.
