The need for speed
A 3k w/u to Petersham oval plus a lap of the oval.
8 x 75 secs (400m approx) with a 1 min standing recovery. Felt fast and strong tonight - probably because of the early week recovery runs. Nice to run on grass, legs loved it.
Finished with 4 x 200m with a 200 jog float - feeling strong again.
4k jog home.
Total 12k.
